(Carl Zeiss) Zeiss-Opton Sonnar 50mm f/1.5 膠合鏡組脫膠 重新粘合 Treatment Lens Separation; Re-cementing Re-gluing

這款是Contax早期RF系統大光圈標準鏡，有很好的評價。

這支鏡頭被送來回春的原因是它有膠合鏡組脫膠的問題，如之前幾篇脫膠處理文章中有提到，鏡頭中的膠合鏡組，一般是由兩片獨立鏡片無縫的完全粘合在一起，少數是由三片鏡片粘合。 這款鏡頭脫膠的鏡組，就是由三片鏡片黏合在一起的鏡組。

三片鏡片黏合在一起，有兩個貼合面，一般只會有一個貼合面會出現脫膠。 不過在處理的時候，還是必須要把三片鏡片完全分開，去除殘膠，再一片一片重新貼合。 因此，這種三片式的膠合鏡組脫膠處理程序比兩片式的還要麻煩且費工，精準度更是一大要求！

我有豐富的脫膠鏡組處理的經驗，不論是兩片或三片鏡片膠合的鏡組，都已處理過無數案例，這支鏡頭處理起來並不成問題。

The lens got an issue in balsam cemented separation. The separation happened to triplet cemented group. The treatment process need to separate the triplet into its three component elements, clean away the residual glue, and the final step is to re-cement the three into one group.
The re-cementing step needs highly precise collimation to ensure the elements are cemented together without any bias.

The separation has been totally restored, and the lens is clean and clear now :D
