鏡片淺層變質會讓鏡片看起來髒髒霧霧的，拍照時，尤其在逆光的情況下，畫面會有一層薄霧髒髒的感覺，特別是畫面中有光源時，會有明顯的薄霧從這光源擴散開來
這支鏡頭有兩個變質的面，分別在光圈葉片前後，如下圖示。處理的結果，可以在最後兩張照片看出拋光前、後的差異。拋光之前，兩個燈源處散漫出明顯薄霧，整個畫質對比低，反差高的地方細節模糊；拋光之後，燈源處輪廓清楚明顯，畫質色彩對比提高許多，細節也恢復正常。
拋光前、後測試照 都是在最大光圈f/2.0 EV+0.3 以 SONY A7R拍攝，僅縮圖加浮水印與文字說明，無其他後製。
The glass of this lens, Leica Leitz Summicron 35/2 v.1, looked hazy. After took apart the lens for inspection, I found there are two surfaces of the glass had deterioration issue. The deterioration of the surface of the glass made the lens looks foggy and dirty. The image taken by this lens looks hazy too, especially the haze diffuse from the light.
The polishing treatment can rescue the lens that suffering from the deterioration problem. Please check the last two images taken by this lens before and after polishing treatment respectively, you can see the big differences!
The last two samples shoot at aperture wide-open f/2.0, EV+0.3 by SONY A7R, only resized, added watermark and text description, no other pp.
