這個案例的後膠合鏡組有出現脫膠離膠的問題，處理的方式就是把有問題的鏡組分離，徹底清潔之後再重新黏合，脫膠離膠的問題就可以完全被修復

The FUJIFILM GA645W Professional, a medium format point-and-shoot camera, is equipped with a SUPER-EBC FUJINON 45mm f/4.0 lens. 

In this case, the rear cemented lens group has a problem in element separation. The repair process involves taking apart the two elements which originally cementing together, cleaning them thoroughly, and then re-cementing the elements. This procedure completely resolves the separation issue.

Carl Zeiss Jena Sonnar 5cm f/2.0 Collapsible Contax RF Mount 前鏡片拋光 全鏡清潔 Polishing front element, Full Cleaning

我收到這支 Carl Zeiss Jena Sonnar 5cm f/2.0 Collapsible Contax RF Mount 的時候，它的狀況並不好。 前鏡片外側面有很多刮傷擦傷痕跡，內鏡片有明顯薄霧，光圈葉片也有明顯的油漬
全鏡拆解後，鏡片與光圈組件都仔細清潔，前鏡片的外側面也進行拋光處理
最後兩張是拋光前後的試拍照，是拍照的場景特別安置幾盞對著鏡頭的光源，模擬逆光的環境，逆光環境拍照可以容易的看出鏡頭的鏡片有沒有問題。兩張試拍照的相機設定都是一樣的，也都是f/2.0全開光圈。可以清楚看出拋光前後的成像有明顯的差異。 拋光前，鏡片滿滿擦拭傷痕的逆光情況下拍照，光源周圍會有明顯的光暈外溢，整體反差與色彩飽和度都偏低，照片看起來就是髒髒的感覺；拋光之後，光源周圍光暈外溢現象大幅收斂，整體畫質乾淨，飽和度與反差都大幅提升

When I received this Carl Zeiss Jena Sonnar 5cm f/2.0 Collapsible Contax RF Mount lens, its condition was not good. The outer surface of the front element had many scratches and friction marks, the inner elements had heavy haze, and the aperture blades were oily.
After a complete disassembly of the lens, both the lens elements and the aperture assembly were carefully cleaned, and the outer surface of the front element was polished.
The last two images are test shots taken before and after the polishing. For these shots, a specific scene was set up with several light sources pointed directly at the lens to simulate a backlit environment. Backlighting is an effective way to easily reveal any issues with the lens elements. The camera settings were identical for both test shots, and both were taken at a wide-open aperture of f/2.0.
The results clearly show a significant difference in image quality before and after polishing:

• Before polishing: With the element full of scratch marks, the backlit photo showed significant flaring (light halo overflow) around the light sources, and the overall contrast and color saturation were low, making the photo look "dirty."

• After polishing: The light halo phenomenon around the light sources was substantially reduced, the overall image quality is clean, and both saturation and contrast have greatly improved.

CANON LENS FD 24mm f/1.4 L 修復膠合鏡組脫膠離膠 Fixing the doublet elements separation

這支Canon Lens FD 24mm f/1.4 L出現一個這款鏡頭常見的問題，就是它的後膠合鏡組有明顯的脫膠離膠。 我已經順利修復過幾支FD 24/1.4L的這個問題，這次剛好有比較清楚完整的紀錄。

這次有脫膠離膠問題的是位在光圈葉片後的膠合鏡組，它也是這款鏡頭最常出問題的鏡組，不過只需要正確的處理過程，就可以將這個問題完美的修復。

這支FD24/1.4L除了有膠合鏡組脫膠的問題之外，其他的鏡片有明顯的薄霧和油霧，光圈葉片也有油漬需要清洗。 全部鏡片和整個光圈組都拆解出來，徹底清潔乾淨，就可以讓把這支鏡頭的問題都解決，讓它恢復到最好的狀態！

This Canon FD 24mm f/1.4 L lens came in with one of the common issue for this model: doublet elements separation in the rear cemented lens group. I've successfully fixed this problem on several FD 24/1.4L lenses, and this time I made sure to take a clearer and more complete record of the repair.
The cemented group with the elements separation issue is located behind the aperture blades— this group that most commonly has problems in this lens.  But honestly, with the right process, I can get this problem fixed up perfectly.
Besides the cement separation, this FD 24/1.4L also had a noticeable haze and oil film on the other glasses, and the aperture blades are oily and need cleaning. By fully disassembling all the lens elements and the entire aperture unit for thorough cleaning, all the issues with this lens can be resolved, restoring it to its best possible condition!

Canon FD 300mm f/2.8 L 救一支鏡頭！重新拋光受損傷的鏡片 Saving a lens by re-polishing a damaged lens element

客人將這支 Canon FD 300mm f/2.8 L送來的時候，它有一個內鏡片因不明原因被胡亂打磨過，造成鏡片表面非常粗糙 凹凸不平整，也讓這支鏡頭沒辦法拍出清楚的照片，不管是最大光圈或是縮到f/8.0成像都是糊糊的

我依照傳統的拋光處理，製作拋光模具之後，小心的拋光，將大部份粗糙的表面拋除，讓鏡片重新恢復它原本的曲度以及平整光滑，只留下一些比較深的點狀傷痕沒有拋除

最後四張試拍照 兩兩對比，都是全開光圈f/2.8的時候拍的，可以清楚看到 拋光前、後的成像有非常顯著的差異。這支鏡頭在拋光後的成像 全開光圈就已經是清晰銳利，我察覺不出跟正常的鏡頭有差異

透過拋光的方式，拯救了一支原本要被廢棄的鏡頭！

When the guest brought me this Canon FD 300mm f/2.8 L lens, one of the inner elements had been rough-ground for unknown reasons, resulting in a very rough and uneven surface that prevented the lens from producing clear photos. Regardless of whether shot at wide-open aperture or stopped down to f/8.0, the images were always blurry.

I followed traditional polishing methods, creating a polishing mold, and carefully polished the lens, removing most of the rough surface and restoring the original curvature and smoothness of the element, while leaving some deeper point-like scratches untouched.

In the end, I took four test shots, paired for comparison, all shot wide open at f/2.8, clearly showing a significant difference in image quality before and after polishing. The images with the lens after polishing were sharp and clear even at full aperture, and I couldn’t detect any difference compared to a normal lens.

Through the polishing process, I salvaged a lens that would have otherwise been discarded!

LEICA SUMMILUX-M 50mm f/1.4 E46 Pre-A 修復膠合鏡組霧狀脫膠離膠 Fixing hazy elements separation

這支LEICA SUMMILUX-M 50mm f/1.4 E46 Pre-A 的後內膠合鏡組有明顯的霧狀脫膠離膠的問題。 經過標準的重新黏合程序，便可以順利的將問題解決，讓鏡片恢復乾淨通透

脫膠離膠 是一個可以被完全修復的問題，鏡頭修復後的表現也會跟原本鏡頭一樣，不會有差異

霧狀的脫膠離膠，是這款LEICA SUMMILUX-M 50mm f/1.4 E46 Pre-A的通病，如果您有這款鏡頭，可以在檯燈下檢查看看內部鏡片是否有霧，也可以將鏡頭接上相機，在前方有光源的情境之下拍幾張照片，檢視光源周圍是否有朦朧的光暈溢出，如果有明顯的光暈在光源周邊，您的鏡頭很可能就有這樣的問題

請參考最後兩張這支鏡頭維修前後的試拍照，這兩張試拍照的相機設定都一樣。我特別在試拍場景中放置了幾盞對著 鏡頭和相機 照過來的燈源，模擬逆光拍照的環境。 鏡頭如果有明顯的霧，在逆光環境之下拍出來的照片 會有霧矇矇的，特別在光源周邊特別明顯，鏡片越霧越明顯；相反的，如果鏡片乾淨通透，拍出來的照片也會乾淨明亮，光源周圍只會有很輕微的溢光，整體色彩表現是乾淨的，也會有足夠的色彩反差與飽和度！

The rear internal cemented doublet of this LEICA SUMMILUX-M 50mm f/1.4 E46 Pre-A shows a noticeable fogging issue due to elements separation. This problem can be totally resolved through a standard re-cementing procedure, restoring the lens back to a clean and clear condition.

The elements separation is an issue that can be completely repaired, and after the lens is restored, its performance will be identical to its original, with no differences.

The foggy separation is a common issue with this model LEICA SUMMILUX 50mm f/1.4 E46 Pre-A. If you own this lens, you can check under a desk lamp to see if there is any fog inside the lens. Additionally, you can attach the lens to a camera and take a few test in a situation where there is a light source in front. Examine the images for any hazy halos around the light source; if there is a noticeable halo around the light source, your lens may likely have this issue.

Please refer to the last two test shots of this lens taken before and after repair. The camera settings for both test shots are the same. I specifically included several light sources directed at the lens and camera in the test scene to simulate a backlighting environment. If the lens has significant fog, photos taken in this backlighting condition will exhibit fogging, particularly noticeable around the light source — the fogginess becomes more pronounced with increased haze. Conversely, if the lens is clean and clear, the resulting photos will also be clean and bright, with only a slight flare around the light source, and the overall color performance will be clear, exhibiting sufficient color contrast and saturation!
