The rear internal lens group of this LEICA SUMMILUX-M 75mm f/1.4 suffered from a problem in hazy elements separation. This lens group was embedded/enclosed in a metal frame, so the first step is to use special equipment to take out the lens for future processing. 
The fatal problem can be totally restored by following the standard re-cementing treatment procedure to taking apart the two elements then re-cementing precisely. The lens looks clean and clear now!
